The Child and Youth Care Counsellor (CYCC) positions are part of a new initiative based on feedback from students and youth in our communities.
The Northwest Territories Health & Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) and the Tlicho Community Services Agency (TCSA) are currently seeking to staff three (3) Child and Youth Care Counsellors. We’re looking for people who want to make a difference that hold a Masters in Child Youth Care, Psychologyy, Art Therapy or Social Work. In this role, as part of the community counselling team, you will provide year round support to children and youth, primarily in their school settings, throughout the Dehcho and TlichoRegions of the Northwest Territories. These position ensure that therapeutic plans are developed, followed and are meeting the individual need of the child, youth and family.
