The Executive Secretary to the Assistant Deputy Ministers is located in Yellowknife and reports to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Operations (ADM OP) and the Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate and Strategic Planning (ADM CSP). The incumbent performs senior secretarial and administrative duties for the ADMs and also functions as the key secretarial support for the five Regional Superintendents. The incumbent ensures that all written documentation conforms to departmental and government formats procedures and policies. The incumbent prepares and finalizes all written documentation for senior executive initials/signatures. The ADMs Executive Secretary provides guidance and direction to all Divisional support staff.
